This year at CGI there was a buzz in the air.  Presidents Clinton and Obama kicked off the conference and away we went.

I spoke about the future of electric cars.   It does not look too good in the near term.  Today in the US we have more than 240  MILLION cars on the road.

We would have to have 26 MILLION electric vehicles (EV) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) by 2020 just to reach 10% of the US fleet!

We don't have the means right now to produce, service or charge that many vehicles. 

How can we change that and get to 10% penetration?
